Shadia Rask is an awarded speaker and columnist, known for her radiant energy and ability to talk about difficult issues with compassion and clarity. As a researcher and professional in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), she is an expert in questions related to diversity in working life, immigration and social sustainability.
Shadia has broad expertise and a diverse background. She holds a PhD in public health and has studied corporate responsibility at Hanken School of Economics. Before entrepreneurship, Shadia led research and development projects at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. She was responsible for the diversity-promoting recruitment experiment that was awarded the Innovator in Recruiting Award.
Shadia’s keynotes are praised for being inspiring and providing concrete examples. Shadia is a speaker for all fields and sectors, for companies, NGOs and the public sector.
