Pia Adlivankin is a visionary executive renowned for her innovative leadership and her dedication to fostering inspiring workplace cultures. Throughout her career, Pia has been a mainstay in the hospitality, entertainment, and tourism sectors. Over the years, she has studied and worked in Sweden, Germany, and the United States, in addition to Finland. She earned her international hospitality management credentials at Cornell University in New York and completed the Executive JOKO Management Program at the Helsinki School of Economics.

Pia has served as a CEO for nearly 20 years, the last decade of which was spent at Linnanmäki Amusement Park. Under her leadership, Linnanmäki was transformed into one of Finland’s premier workplaces, a success reflected in its many top-tier rankings in the Great Place to Work Finland Program. This internal commitment to team members wellbeing ensured that ”the Funmasters” at Linnanmäki were motivated to exceed customer expectations at every encounter, culminating annually in an extraordinary customer NPS of over 80.

A year ago, Pia founded Oy Spark2Boost Ab, a company specializing in executive coaching. Her programs offer insightful, meaningful “sparks” which, when “boosted,” enable individuals to evolve and chart a new course for themselves and their organizations. Additionally, she brings a wealth of experience from diverse board positions in both domestic and international roles.
