She went on to launch and scale purposeful consumer brands,  including method and gDiapers, and pioneered circular economy business models that serve as benchmarks for sustainable enterprise.

As the CEO of Volans, her 3rd BCorp, the renowned think-tank  founded by sustainability pioneer John Elkington, Louise has redefined what it means to lead transformative change. Under her leadership, Volans has launched groundbreaking initiatives such as:

Louise’s thought leadership extends to academia, where she serves as a lecturer at Cranfield University’s Centre for Design, Innovation, and Sustainability, and as Chair of the University of Exeter Business School’s Board of International Advisors.
