Dr. Graham Norris has spent a lifetime studying change and its impact on knowledge workers. He is an expert in futures thinking and decision-making, helping leaders around the world think more clearly about the future so they can realise their ambitions.

As an organisational psychologist and futurist, he equips decision-makers with practical frameworks that convert complexity into clarity. His TEDx talk Be More Futurist has inspired over 50,000 viewers, and through his daily newsletter The DIY Futurist, he shows leaders how to develop foresight as a competitive advantage.

Graham’s programs blend cutting-edge psychological research with actionable techniques that help audiences cut through the noise of the present. He doesn’t just talk about change — he creates it, giving decision-makers at all levels the confidence to take decisive action while staying aligned with strategic goals.

A native of the U.K., he lived for 20 years in Asia, serving in leadership roles at Dow Jones, Ogilvy and the American Chamber. As a consultant, he has advised companies including Microsoft, adidas, Lenovo, Intel, Novartis, Molson Coors and Volkswagen. He holds a doctorate and MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
