Christina Stielli had her breakthrough as a speaker in the Swedish market after having received several awards. For more than ten years she has been one of Sweden’s most hired and valued speakers. With an initiated starting point in human behavior, teamwork in the workplace and individual responsibility in the workforce, she alternates current and exciting science with hilarious stories with high recognition factor.
Christina’s most sought-after keynotes:
Efficient teams have psychological safety
Today, thanks to research, we know that the teams that perform the best, most sustainably and most efficiently all have a common denominator. There is psychological safety between the employees. A prerequisite for the collective intelligence and creative development. But how do you get there? How do we create psychological safety in a workplace?
With storytelling, own experiences and great knowledge, Christina mixes a lecture with interactivity to, within a few hours, create insights about what all workplaces need: Employees with good self-awareness and mutual trust.
Work-life balance makes sustainable employees
Sick leave costs society and the workplace an enormous amount of money and we need to understand the importance of creating sustainable employees in order to have a sustainable workplace. The balance between work and family, alone time, friends, relationships and … don’t forgot exercise and Netflix, can sometimes be difficult to achieve. With simple tools and a few hours of entertainment and insights, the audience gets an introduction to self-leadership with hands-on tools to understand how you actually find this important balance.
Together with trust and motivation
Many employees testify to how fatigue creeps in when the world is full of worries and economic challenges. This is a time when we need trust and motivation, but where do we find it? A lecture about attitudes and approaches, about how we need to come together and work in the same direction, about motivation, the challenges of the future and the common trust.
The basics of self-leadership
This word gets thrown around everywhere, in employee conversations, in conferences, in lecturers … SELF-LEADERSHIP. Some believe that self-leadership is about not needing leaders or bosses anymore. I would say that it is quite the opposite. People who have been taught how to lead themselves need even more skilled leaders and bosses. Self-leadership is about self-awareness, learning how to be vulnerable and brave in an organization.
Self-leadership continued
Suddenly we find ourselves in an organization that we cannot influence or in troubled times with uncertain forecasts. It is easy to lose balance and end up both gossiping and complaining during these times. Self-leadership requires exercising how we approach a situation.
She pays great emphasis on the importance of psychological safety in every team and therefore the individual’s need of trust, security, self awareness, self-leadership and work life balance. Christina guides her audience with a warm hand to an understanding that the work environment is a shared responsibility starting with each individual, and that it is of the utmost importance for the business to develop and thrive. With the hands-on tools she provides, everyone can understand how employee motivation, engagement and retention are created, and maintained.

“We are so pleased! It was an absolutely fantastic lecture that was the perfect end to our kick off. Before Christina stepped in, the energy in the hall was quite low, but during her lecture the energy rose again and when she finished she got a standing ovation from everyone in the hall. I laughed so hard I cried during the lecture.” -Bring Posten Norway
