With a remarkable career spanning over 25 years in the financial industry, Caroline has held numerous prominent roles, including serving as the CEO of ICA Insurance. Over six years, she successfully built the company from the ground up, achieving a turnover of 80 million euros with strong profitability by transforming the traditional insurance business model. As a board executive for several leading financial institutions and an active investor in private equity and venture capital, Caroline combines strategic business acumen with a profound understanding of the importance of inclusive practices. Today, she remains actively involved in board work and serves on the boards of several companies, including Max Matthiessen, Qred Bank, Hedvig (Insurance), and Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, with a primary focus on transforming business models through new technology.
