Belinda Gerdt is one of the few Finnish women to have built an international career within some of the world’s most valuable technology companies. With over 20 years dedicated to developing digital, customer-centric business, she currently serves as CMO at Vodafone Netherlands. Previously, she led international B2B marketing at Philips and has held senior roles at Microsoft’s Western Europe headquarters and Amazon’s EMEA organization in Luxembourg.

Her fourth book,  ”The Swipe-Right Customer Experience, was published in November 2022 with HarperCollins, one of the world’s Big Five publishers. Her previous book, The Customer Experience in the Digital Age (Alma Talent, co-authored with Sanna Eskelinen), won the 2019 Kultasulka Award.

Belinda is an inspiring speaker who draws on international examples and practical insights gained from her extensive career and writing. From her vantage point within the world’s most successful IT companies, she has witnessed the digital transformation across industries and closely follows the latest developments in technology and its role in advancing customer experience. In her own work, Belinda has led the transformation of sales, marketing, and customer experience in her business areas, guiding large, multicultural teams worldwide.
