Steven Dossou is an Inspirational TEDx Speaker, Author, co-founder of Leadership University, and Owner of SailForce Catalyst, a motivational platform designed to help people and businesses transform and also train coaches and speakers.

Steven Dossou has impacted thousands of lives globally. Nicknamed “Action Man”, he is viewed by his peers as a charismatic visionary who undoubtedly believes in unleashing human potential by inspiring people to break their boundaries and redefine their limits. As a living testimony, Steven has followed his dreams and recreated a new path by elevating himself from humble beginnings in his country of origin (Togo-West Africa) to leadership and impactful roles on a global platform.

Coming from a background of extreme poverty in Togo with his only asset being a strong will to achieve, he has a mission to consistently remind the world of educational reform of an alarming and shocking fact that there are over 500 million youths on the continent of Africa who see their potential, not even untapped into not only due to the lack of innovative capital resources essential to the maximization of the immense wealth of the youth but also the lack of Leadership, a suitable education tailored to adapt to the digital era.

Steven Dossou has partnered with many philanthropists and non-profit organizations on many humanitarian projects destined to certify young members from disadvantaged communities, enabling them to create means to break the circle of poverty and promote a hope of equal redistribution of wealth. His future projects include Afri Money University which will be proposed to coach young Africans on Mindset, Money Management, Business Leadership, Digital Marketing, and Investment.
